SPLIT ARENA will be in the OUTDOOR AFTER COMPLETING THE SLED ROPING
While the arena is split, the dummy roping (6-9 Girls/Boys, 0-5 Girls/Boys) will start next to the announcer box. Go order during split arena is adaptive, and Ages/Groups and Event sides can change depending on if an event is over quicker than the other side event. Notify gate help if you are having an issue, we can adapt and roll your contestant to the bottom if need be.

2025 Updates & Reminders

Contestants age group is determined by their age as of the first rodeo of the season.

If Contestant wishes to go up an age group, they must do so for all events and will be required to compete in that age group for the remainder of the season.
RULE UPDATES

Membership is due APRIL 28th! Same day entries close for the first rodeo.

Entries will be open 1 week, starting the Monday prior to the rodeo, and close the Monday the week of the Rodeo.

There is not longer 3 loops in the Team Roping. The rule is now 2 loop rule in Team Roping. 1 for the Header, 1 for the Heeler.

Time limit reduced to 30 sec. in Breakaway

Use the same Saddlebook Account for the entire season.

The contestant is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of their entries. If there is an error & you do not notify the committee before the draw is posted you will not receive a refund or correction. We are happy to to fix anything, but need you to double check your entries after you make them.

Our Mission
The Cedar Junior Rodeo Association is ran by a committee of dedicated rodeo parents that wanted to give our youth an opportunity to compete within the sport of rodeo while fostering a culture of growth and community. Through our rodeos, the committee aims to provide our youth with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to excel both in and outside of the arena.
